Here in Mexico it's very common. I just wish it were also socially acceptable to muzzle babies, especially on long plane rides
On weekends it gets really crowded at the park, I see a lot of little kids on leashes when I go study there and they don't seem to mind at all, believe me. I think it's a good way to make sure your kid doesn't get lost in the crowd
It causes a little bit of controversy in Brazil... Personally I think it's very strange. Holding hands with my parents always worked with me when I was a kid.
