Jul 2013 – Present Full-time Admin and Accounts Assistant 

 

Provide assistance with administration of the company’s day to day business which includes, accounts payables and sales input, dealing with invoice payments, staff wage payments. Liasing with accountants at head office. Answering phones, dealing with customer enquiries and complaints. General office services, e.g. ordering stationary, preparation of documents. Using ERP system , UPS WorldShip software Royal Mail liaising with logistics companies.
