Voila!  American English response :)

This is my guess:

centre [uk] vs center [us]

liter [us] vs litre [uk]

colour [uk] vs color [us]

neighbor[us] vs neighbour[uk]

apologize [uk] vs apologise [I think this one is this plain wrong]

defence [uk] vs defense [us]

So I know a lot, but not how to (write) apoligise ;-)

center, liter, color,

neighbor,apologize, defense!
these  are my guess,
i guessed this way coz american spelling and pronouncing
 are much easier than british!
i just chose easier spellings :D

oops, i forgot to say i guess those which i wrote  are american :p

American spelling is indeed more consistent, but I like the British pronunciation better. American pronunciation is flattened. I can understand spoken British English, mostly, better than spoken American English. Mostly because also in the UK there are accents and dialects that are hard to understand. One thing to add here is that I am slightly deaf.
