I have not seen this hipster-movie myself but I guess the interpretation of the folowing line would be decently correct. 

Safari på söder, Hulle på bordet!

My first conclusion is following: Person A comes up with the proposition that they should go and have some drinks at a restaurant situated in the part of town called Södermalm i.e. "go safari", followed by the command to person B, in this case ornated with the epitet "Hulle", that he should ascend upon the table and thereafter empty his glas filled with some substance including alchohol.

My second conclusion is diffrent from the first one only in one aspect: that they, when the phrase is uttered, already are located at Södermalm.

This one was kind of my favorit..
