i am studing Arabic = أنا أدرس اللغة العربية

I study Arabic = أنا أدرس اللغة العربية .. the same

I will study Arabic = سأدرس اللغة العربية

I studied Arabic = لقد درست اللغة العربية

1 I am studying Arabic =  أنا أدرس الان اللغة العربية 
2 I study Arabic = انا ادرس اللغة العربية
3 I will study Arabic =أنا سأدرس اللغة العربية
4 I studied Arabic = أنا درست اللغة العربية

Note:

I am studying Arabic.  =   .أنا أدرس العربية

I study Arabic.  =   .أنا أدرس العربية

Because they are both same in Arabic you should putting an extra word with the present continuous sentence if the context does not help to show that is happening now.

ex.  

       "أنا أدرس اللغة العربية الآن"  or  "أنا أدرس اللغة العربية حالياً"  or  "أنا أدرس اللغة العربية في هذا الوقت"

حالياً، الآن     =     Now.

في هذا الوقت     =     At this time  or  at the moment.

انا أدرس العربية

أنا ادرس العربية

سوف أدرس العربية - سأدرس العربية

لقد درست العربية
