I love eating Jiaozi.  I've always felt it has the potential to become a very popular food in the West because it's so convenient to make and eat.

More of question than a comment, but I'm a little intrigued. How does jiaozi help to fix frostbite ??

I love eating 餃子! Even looking at the picture is making me hungry.

One of the things I miss most about Taiwan is going to Din Tai Fung (鼎泰豐) for jiaozi, and xiǎolóngbāo.
