● 신발을 신고 오다 : To come with one's shoes on.
● 편한 신발을 신고 오는 것을 잊어버리지마 : Do not forget to come with your comfortable shoes on.
She mean to say "Bring your comfortable shoes"
● 편한 신발을 신고 오는 것도 잊어버리지마 : Do not forget to come with your comfortable shoes on as well as.
Another examples :

신고오는 = wear the shoes + come...
