"J-rock" isn't really a genre in itself. It just refers to rock music from Japan. More specifically, Nothing's Carved in Stone and Rin Toshite Shigure are incredible progressive rock bands, love their style.

WHY DO YOU SPEAK THIS AT THE FIRST PLACE.

...I am so many too obsessed of the lyrics (?) I mean it just gave hope, not like so many Hollywood songs that are like, once you have despair, you will fall down and never raise and never find hope. J-Rock songs (that I mostly heard) teach me how NOT to give up, to still raise up in despair, and so on. They're also cool that some songs made me wanna sleep (?)
