it's the best way to learn a foreign language I have experimented:

English Speakers
Pimsleur korean
https://www.mediafire.com/?d1iya2yshtahxxx

French Speakers
Assimil - Kit Conversation Coreen
https://www.mediafire.com/?gjaw2edsxaj97no

This site contains audio lessons in Korean
http://fsi-language-courses.org/Content.php?page=Korean

They make your get sound of the language but the Korean alphabet easy you will not lose anything if you learned it now it's just 10 vowels and 14 consonants. any way most of the Korean learners learned through kpop song lyrics with english translation

I've never been stoned while studying Korean, but I have been stumped from time to time. :)

@topo morto: I understand what you mean.  I am not at all interested in Korean pop culture, which makes it more difficult to find engaging and authentic resources for studying.  I like the Talk to Me in Korean resources generally, but if I use them to much I find myself getting irritated with their presentation style.

Well, maybe I'm going about this the wrong way :=)

But, I am focusing more on the spoken word (oral tongue) first.  The alphabet and grammar will follow later

Have been learning on and off for a few years now... Feel a bit left out when I talk to some of the other learners here as I know nothing about K-pop!
