Native speakers really can talk too fast

The toughest part of learning a new language for me has always been understanding the responses to my questions & statements. This video gives me some insight as to why some native speakers talk so fast.

Someone suggested that I learn Greek when I was deciding on my next language to learn and I thought it sounded a lot like Spanish, but they insisted it sounds nothing like Spanish. I listened so many times but I thought there was a great deal of similarity! I'm so glad that someone else things so too.

Thanks Elias, I thought that my ears just weren't working!
