I guess it is very easy for you to find a native Chinese language partner here. And I sugest you to use some tools to help you communicate your partners.

The first one is QQinternational. QQ is an app that is wildly used by young Chinese, it is a bit of like the Chinese version of Skpye. Almost every young Chinese has a QQ ID. QQinternational is launched by Tencent,  the company which developed QQ , for foreign users especially.

The second one is Wechat. It is also an app, again, developed by Tencent. So you can use your QQ ID to log in Wechat. But it can only be used in cellphones and tablet devices. Now Wechat maybe more popular in China than QQ.
