How long does it take to learn english well?

There is no doubt that lerning English for who is not a native speaker is a little difficult although if you struggle you can learn it as fast as you can.

on the other hand one of the main problems is that you have to learn it every day and recite many words and if you dont do this, all of the vocabulary that you memorize are forgot.what is the reason?what should we do?what do you suggest?

Memorization is not the key to learning but,it is the first step. You need to practice speech with other english speakers. Moreover, listening is a major factor in learning. I advice you to watch english films and find a native english speaker for practice.

Perhaps Cambridge ESOL should specify that most people whose native language uses the Latin alphabet and whose native language is a European language other than English would need about 700-800 learning hours to achieve a C1 level of proficiency in English. :)  I suppose that it would take somebody even longer than 800 hours to learn English, if somebody's native language doesn't use the Latin alphabet.  :(

Spangola, 162.5 centimeters is the length of string that's on a longbow which is commonly used for archery or hunting.  :)

Jimi26, Cambridge English Language Assessment is part of the University of Cambridge that's been providing English language assessments and qualifications for over 100 years.  According to Cambridge ESOL, most people need about 700-800 learning hours to achieve a C1 level of proficiency in English.  :)
