Difference between the level B2 and C1?

Are there a lot of differences between these levels?

I'am currently B2 !!

Level descriptions

I would say that B2 to C1 is probably the hardest jump in level. C1 is where you can go to the country where they speak the language and you will make very few mistakes and can talk about almost anything. B2 is a little less than that and it is where you cannot deal with specific topics.

I agree with Paari in that at C1/C2 level, you would be able to talk more in detail and on less familiar topics.  As usual, my advice is to clean up your regular errors (eg. "I'am") if you want to progress. At this point, your "tiny" errors are holding you back.
