Hello Ofir

Yes, the Arabic alphabet is one in all Arab countries.  There is only one set of Arabic alphabet and it is used by all Arabs in their dialects, and in Modern standard Arabic (MSA).  The difference is only in the pronunciation of some of the letters when used in words in the different dialects.

For example:

The letter  ج , in MSA and most dialects it is pronounced "ja", while in Egypt it is pronounced  "ga"  like in "gap"; so the word "جمل" (camel) would be pronounced "jamal" in MSA and most dialects, and pronounced "gamal" in Egypt.   Another example is ق, pronounced in MSA and some dialects as "qa", while in some dialects it is pronounced "a" like in "apple", and in other ones it is pronounced "ga".  So for you, you would learn their pronunciation according to the Palestinian dialect. It is also good to learn its pronunciation in MSA.

Note: the pronunciation differences is only in some of the letters of the alphabet, and not all of them.  Most of the letters are pronounced the same.
