The traditional liquor in Colombia is "aguardiente", it's a very strong liquor, but you can use lemonade to make it more soft. People also like to drink rum or wine in a party.

Sake's alright. I like pisco, which is from Peru [Chileans might try to convince you otherwise but don't be fooled :p] and made from grapes. It's colorless as well and used to make this cocktail called pisco sour.
