I think the best way to improve your speech in terms of accent, you need to practise the phonemes, it is a good source and it really helped me a lot to neutralize my Colombian accent, another effective way is to the shadowing technique and of course if you can buy an English-English dictionary that’s going to help you a lot in my opinion.
