Korean Menu Translation Help

I'm trying to translate a menu in a way that sounds appetizing for English Speakers. It's a bit more difficult than I would think. Here is my attempt at the words that are on the menu:

숙성 생삼겹살 - aged porkbelly
국내산 - domestically raised
숙성 생목살 - aged pork neck
숙성 득수부위 - (Not sure on this one. I think it starts with "Aged special," but I don't know what 부위 translates to)
한우 꽃등심 - beef rib eye
한우 국전골 - Beef sukiyaki pot
비빔/물냉면 - bibim/water cold noodles (Very unappetizing sounding in English. Is there a better translation?)
김치서면 (I'm not sure how to translate 서면)
된장찌개 - doenjang stew. (would it be better to call it 'Miso stew?')
공기밥 - ?? fluffy rice??
한우 뚝배기 - beef pot (One suggestion is "Beef Casserole," But "Casserole" means something different in my mind. What do you think?)
김치 뚝배기 - Kimchi pot
명이나물 (추가) - added herbs
점심특선 - Lunch Special
한우 뚝배기밥 - Beef and Rice Pot
김치 뚝배기밥 - Kimchi and Rice pot
