Particle 사실은 간단해요.

는/은 - 저는 남자예요.

핸드폰은 하얀색 이에요.

Its like when we talk about something, and it is the topic.

를/을 - 딸기를 먹어요.

핸드폰을 샀어요.

술을 싫어요.

When we do actions to the nouns, we use this.

이/가 - 사과가 맛있어요.

돈이 있어요.

한국어가 쉬어요.

When we talk about the adjectives, or when we describing it, we use this.

You may get mixed up between 는/은 and 이/가 in the beginning, but just remember that 는 is the topic whereas 이/가 is used to describe things.
