Check out these great sites:

www.RussianMentor.net
This is the best, greatest, most comprehensive learn-russian-for-english-speakers site I've found anywhere.  It has everything from the basics to high-level native fluency drills for those of us who have been learning the language for longer.  The drills and learning modules are located under "Materials" on the left-hand side.  The Irregardless Gallery of Boris and Gleb is very funny.  THIS SITE IS GREAT!!!!!

One another podcast:   http://www.tasteofrussian.com
The host speaks only Russian, but quite slow, so it should be ok for intermediate students.

Here you can also find some useful infrmation:  http://learningrussian.net/

So far the best podcast for those wo study Russian: http://www.russianpod101.com/
