all what i know about i'm improving a language this rule : 

- more reading = more writing 

- more listening = more well speaking 

so that means as much as you listen as you will be ) 

there're several technics to improve you speaking skills, the important one is to tend yourself to listen in english  a lot, even if you do not understand. the second one is watching movis with subtitle in english, the third one is to be confident to speak even you make mistakes, just keep trying, believe me  you'll to be more fluent.
