What does it mean “in two weeks time”?

What I understand is “in two weeks time” means is “a couple of times in one week” OR “Twice a week” Am I right? Please help me.

E.g I’m going to watch TV football match in two weeks time. So, it means twice a week. Is it correct?

No, sorry - "in two weeks' time" means "about two weeks from now".

"Time" can mean a period, or an event. When we say "twice a week", we mean that event happens twice.
