Books with russian recipes

My favourite russian cookbook is "Please to the table" by A. von Bremsen and J. Welchman. It combines recipes of Russia and the former Soviet republics with literary quotes and descriptions of the cuisines of various areas. Zakuski, borshch, solianka, vinegret, shashlik... the works.

Both of them -- von Bremsen und Welchman -- shall be foreigners (not russian) ... they just collect all the cuisines from all over the wordl... :)

From http://www.polit.ru/culture/2008/04/03/nabor_23.html:

But you are right about the collecting (and the nationality of mr Welchman)

Sorry for my stupid discovery  ... Have a nice international CUISINE !!!
