I am a Japanese student. I wrote a piece of text where I say a few things. This text was written by me, not translated by some random tool. It took me a lot of research and a few days to come up with the pieces. This is the best I could come up with. I need help with:

1. Making sure this makes sense. lol.

2. If it is grammatically correct or not and what a Japanese native would say (I am interested in keeping it <em>basic-Japanese-student</em> simple). I know there are formal, informal, honorific, and humble versions. I am interested in learning the formal one at the moment (I believe right now it is the way to go).

3. Make suggestions on how to write certain sections.

This is the text:

こんにちは、エミリオです：はじめまして。ベネズエラ人です。事業主です。結婚した。言語と食べ物とビイルが好きです。最終的、息子があります：名前はドミニクです。さようなら。

This is the text in English:

Hello, my name is Emilio: nice to meet you. I am Venezuelan (from Venezuela). I am a business owner. I am married. I like languages, food, and beer. Finally, I have a son: his name is Dominick. Good bye.
