“Magka” is a prefix that is used to relate 2 things.  It becomes "magkaka" when it refers to more than 2 things.  The meaning given to the relationship would depend on the word it is attached to.

Examples:

Magkamukha = look-alike (mukha = face)

Magkalapit = near each other (lapit = proximity)

Magkaaway = enemies (away = fight)

Magkadikit = attached to each other  (dikit = paste on; stick to)

Magkaiba = different from each other  (iba = different)

Magkapareho = same as the other (pareho = same. both)

“Aling mga tao ang magkaparehong edad at magkaparehong kasarian?”  = Which pairs of people are of the same age and of the same gender?

“Aling mga tao ang magkakaparehong edad at magkakaparehong kasarian?” = Which people are of the same age and of the same gender?
