Oh that's it! I thought for a while it's just my problem. Thanks alot for your feedback, I really appreciate it. We all hope for italki to be improved, Actually I miss italki every minute it stops working. 

Salam Ziad,, actually from time to time we all experience some problems on italki. I had a problem 3 hours ago because italki was very slow and I thought it's just my internet connection!

This happens fairly often to me. I notice "outages" several times a week. They don't seem to last more than half an hour or so.
