Yes, luck and talent. @Bárbara (And talent is just luck getting the right DNA at the moment of your conception)
I know a lot of people who do not have the same talent as I have, or have been plain unlucky in their life. I am not reproaching them not being as successful as I am. If you put this to the extreme, every misfortuned hobo has only himself to blame.
