When i started to learn hangul, I went to korean101 alphabet on youtube. They have many explanations with consonats/vowels, double consonats, etc. It took me about a week to learn and 2 weeks to perfect. It also helps to write them down in your notes.
I still find this way the best. Because they really break it down for you and even compare the similarities in the korean alphabet like ㅃ,ㅂ,ㅍ etc.
Check out Quick Korean at korean.cuk.edu. It's an excellent Korean language resource that starts with teaching Hangeul and goes all the way through TOPIK level 4 grammar and level 3 vocabulary (rougly equivalent to B2 and B1, respectively).
Yeaah~!! I agree with the comments above, watching YouTube is a good way to learn Hangeul. And also, I recommend you to download some Korean Alphabet applications on your smartphone. There are a lot of free Korean Alphabet/Korean language applications on PlayStore (Android) and AppStore (Apple). You can learn it quickly because the apps are interactive and some apps also provide a test/quiz that let you know how much you understand Hangeul. I hope this will help you.
