What are some of the best places to live in France and why?
I'm thinking I want to live in Provence as close to the ocean as possible, but I'm also interested in all the other regions of France. What other regions would be fun to live in and why?

Wha.. Very hard question. There is a lot of very nice places. As you said, Provence, near the Mediterranean sea is so stunning, for landscapes, wines, etc...
But in France we have 22 "regions" and all are wonderful. For example, Alsace, in the North-east is so nice! Very good place to live.
