Usually to is used when you want to express an infinitive form of the verb just like on your list.

When I make a TO Do list I don't normally write "to" in front of anything. It's simpler, and when written that way the list contents take on the feeling of an imperative form (a command). Written as you have done, each line appears to me like a sentence fragement (an incomplete sentence) where there is not a subject.

I hope the explanation helps you. No time right now to figure out how to explain it in French.

There are also a few more corrections I put in. By the way, WHAT A GREAT LIST!  :)

Best, Julie
