Patience.

I wish you were not very compelling in my intelligence or anything about my thoughts as respect. 

I think I can often learn a lot from my students,as much as they learn from me.For example I once asked students to bring in a song that they like and teach the class,and I learned about lots of new singers. I first try to find out what students' needs are,and then I can help them the best.Also it's important for teachers not to talk too much,but maximize the talking time of the students (often this is difficult for teachers,as we like to talk a lot!).
