Bonus is something given to you as an additional gift. It meant to encourage you do more and continue doing the good job. Sometimes at work place some people get bonus for being good friends with the boss that doing well their job. Is that mean the boss is encouraging employees to be his friends that doing their jobs well? Think about it. Those employees do their job are not encouraged to keep up the excellent job they are doing. What a morale fail is invading the corporate organizatioss of our days.
