what should I do?!!!!about study overseas

This July I will be a university student, but I have some problems about choosing school!

I have two choice.

One is studing overseas, another is studying in my country.   the school in my country which I can choose are not good but not too bad.

if I go overseas, I will apply in Auckland university of technology.

Someone say I can go overseas after I graduate from university.

Studying abroad is immensely enriching – a little via the academics but mostly via the cultural immersion. It is certainly nice to travel, to be in a wonderment of the experience. Yes, but it is a pale and ugly horse when entertained with actually living where you travel. I’ll tell you this… an undergraduate professor once told me to always travel, but to never simply drive by or stop in, to actually stay for a bit. He said I’d learn more that way. He was well-beyond being right.

Also, don’t worry about university rankings. They have much more to do with money than knowledge.
