Hi! I have a tom cat. It means a male cat. He was born december of last year. I love cats very much.

Regarding your post, instead of using the word "ligation" you may use the word "neuter"

I also have plans on neutering my cat.

So your sentence should be like this:

I have a kitty, l like it him so much !
But it He will be is turning one year this month , .my friend suggested me to have a ligation for my boy kitty, is it correct ?  that i have my male kitty neutered.
