Some helpful advice here! With the "weakness" question, employers are looking for something real and honest. Nobody's perfect, but some people are better at identifying their own faults, and how they handle them, than others. 

A good article.These are real life questions. I was queried for all of these questions a few times before. It's a little bit depressing issue. You talk on deep objectives to some people you haven't seen before.

The ugliest one,which is not written here is what's your latest salary ? This means there's not a payment policy application in that place. They just bargain on it. You can't expect more from that kind of firms according to your further nice performance. So, you'll have to gamble with them later on. Give what I deserve otherwise goodbye to your dead-end job!
