avoid eating any fatty meals 6 hrs before sleep

Yoga and exercise, eat mostly fish, fruits, vegetables occasional meat.
I don't eat chicken skin
I don't eat the fat part of meat
I avoid drinking coke
I avoid eating very salty food
I am trying to eat a lot atleast 2500 calories per day
I do crossfit
