According to the linguistic professionals' oppinions, the best time for one to learn a language is before the age of ten. During the "best time," one can learn one or three languages, and even more, at the same time. And, I appreciate that there are different kinds of local culture developed. So, I consider it deserved for children to learn the dialects.

It was a pity that the dialects were banned in Taiwan in the past, which not only made people miss the opportunity to learn languages but also prevented the plural culture.
