I also like to drink 柚子茶, which is not a type of tea exactly though named to be 茶 in Chinese.

According to my dictionary, 柚子 is called pumelo or pomelo, a fruit full of juice like grapefruit.

We eat 柚子 on the Mid-Autumn Festivel.

柚子茶 is mixed with water and 柚子酱 (柚子 in the form of paste) and it's not a type of tea exactly.

If there is a cup of tea offered and you have not yet drunk it, you might say 我还沒喝(它).

If you just mean you never drink (such a kind of) tea, you should say 我还沒喝过(这种)茶.
