Can I learn how to write articles when my oral English is not very good?
My English skill level is only A2. But I want to learn how to write articles due to working requirement. Do you think that my idea is practical?

No. I think you must have a very good command of English in order to write articles in English.

I have to say no as well. Many native English speakers cannot write articles. It is not only about the words you know or grammar, but being able to tell a story or even a business idea eloquently.
