My base language can be English/Tagalog/Bisaya

I want to learn so that I can speak to my family (specifically my father) a little better to the level of being able to speak full sentences.

I can speak the language a little bit but I need somone to practice with and to teach me. Plus I need work on my accent and grammar and if there is anyone who can give me good learning sources that give proper pronunciation, that would be much appreciated.
