I'm a native English speaker. I teach English. :)

It was never tested. I have passed B2 in German, and my English is better than my German. So I think C1 or C2. My oral skills are better than my writing skills. English spelling is very inconsistent. And then I also mix British and American spelling. In school they taught me British spelling, but at work they use American. Hence my confusion.
