Have You Ever Had A Fight With Your Boss ?

I had a fight with my boss who comes from our head office in Korea. I was very uncomfortable when I worked with him. I didnt have good performance in his eyes. The feeling of being watched and judged made me mad. He kept blaiming for the things he didn't sastisfied with and always considered he is mr Right. He scolded me in front of office just for unexpected thing had happened. Finally, when he tried to educated and compared me with his little son, I talked back and fought. I couldnt keep calm and ofcourse there was a black record for me already. I'm depressed. Anyway, This is a big lesson and one more time, it is saaying that I'm not clever girl.

Countless times, which is one reason why I never progressed far at work.  But you also have to do what you think is right, and defend yourself if you are attacked for this.  You would not forgive yourself if you failed to do this when you know that you should have done.  Self-respect is more valuable than the respect of your manager.

I recently pay attention to the relationships through interview to see many companies.

Maybe it is hard say the problems here.

But I think system behind him made them abnormally and that is not what the system expect

Generally, Successful men would not do that and men without the system would not do that.

I dont need to work so I dont have stress speaking true in front of them.

But they think that is still not that kind of people they want.

They want you speaking something support them always.

Thanks all for your share. Anyway, I will learn to keep calm and fight a good way to deal next time instead of a fight.
