I am thinking of taking spanish course in Malaga .I think i can afford to live there for a year . But i m not sure if it will be enough to get fluency and learn it properly
Thank you for ur advice. I will try to speak Spanish all the time . Because that's why i will spend a lot of money and i have no intention to fail because of i scared of speaking spanish :)
Maybe not enough for fluency, but a full year of studying Spanish in Spain would certainly be a substantial start.
From your profile, I see that you are already bilingual. That should help you with learning a third language quickly. I think you would get very far.
Try to stay away from all the English tourists you are likely to run into in Malaga. They'll undermine your progress.
So, in my opinion your question should be " Would living one year in Spain help become a fluent speaker of Spanish?"
It's up to you. There is no standard or a magic recip for learning a language. Each student learns at a different pace.
