Sorry, I'll have to explain this in English... :) Basically, don't use another wordprocessor then copy the text across. You will definitely lose your formatting and colours that way.

At the top of each correction-window in Notebook is a menu bar where you can do the boldface (italics, highlighting, colour etc), so all your corrections can be done without needing Word.
