I'm about to graduate as a graduate student in Beijing. And i want to get an offer from a multinational corporation. So what do you think that what are the conditions that i need to improve to put here for the rest few months?

Your option is to go into the Management Trainee program of the company of your choice. Majority of multinational companies have this program. Hotels do and that is how I got my first job. Do not wait for an offer, you have to apply. Some multinational companies contact universities to recruit.
