How say in Chinese "I have been laid off" or "lay off employment?

It's not meaning the "was fired", it's mean to reduce the number of employment because of company have some financial problem.

company view: 裁員、解雇;

employee view: 被裁員、被解雇、失業、被炒魷魚(spoken language)

"被" means passive.

裁员might be more closer,but we don't say 我被裁员了,more likely we will say, 我离职了,meaning i am not at work, for some reason not mentioned
