What do you do to lose weight?

In order to lose the weight  the person must sleep normal , eat normal , dance ,do exercises.

If you want to lose weight during shot time  fall in love :)))

Calculate your daily use based on your weight, age and activities. Go about 400 KCal below that use and make a diet of a third fat, a thrid proteins, a thrid carbonhydrates. This basically means cutting a lot of carbonhydrates from your diet. Quit fast energy sources as sugars complete. Quit drinking alcohol. Lose about half a kilogram each week. Keep on doing physical exercises to keep your muscle strength and lose the fat, not the muscles.

 

Honestly it is a science and I helped people before with this, but most just cannot keep themselves to the severe regimen, so if you want a calculated diet tailored for your body and person, be sure to keep the motivation.
