What will you do if you feel disappointed and deeply sad ?
I continously walk in my house and listen to music when I start feeling comfortable I think about poor, homeless people who don't have nothing to lose, even a house, no food to eat even for one time of a day. And then I sleep until I feel fresh. And really feel next day as a new day, a new energetic day.
My upmost strategy is never staying at home and just go outside to look around that would help you vent your upset and make you feel better.
