Hi, how are you ,how we call this number (1500)?
a thousand and five hundred or fifteen hundred and why?

You can say 'one thousand five hundred' or 'fifteen hundred'. It is your preference which one you use.

We call it either one thousand five hundred or fifteen hundred. Why? We just do. Both forms are correct.
