I think the answer is "B" 

Because the primary auxiliary verbs in English are (be, do, and have),these verbs are  being changed and transformed from a sentense to another depending on the "Subject" means (I,you,He,She,...)

but the modal auxiliaries are (can, could, may, might, must, shall, should, will, and would)
