I recommend you to speak as much as you can, and as frecuently as you have a partner. You will improve much faster than studying grammar, sure.

I work with my partners with simple vocabulary activities based in pictures. This way, we can speak and improve pronunciation, in despite of his/her Spanish level. Also, I speak English enough for clarify most of the doubts, and they can correct my mistakes and pronunciation.
